DATA PROTECTION:
Tarvin Community Centre may need to use personal data for the purpose of managing the hall, its bookings and finances, running and marketing events at the hall, staff employment or fundraising activities. Data may be retained for up to 7 years for accounts purposes and for longer where required by the hall’s insurers.

The data we hold: Tarvin Community Centre only stores basic information for the purposes of invoicing, hall booking by groups/classes/individuals, newsletter emails, email inquiries. We store:

Your email inquiries history with us and notes
