Where the Hall is hired in conjunction with the Edna Rose Room and/or Wilkinson Lounge, there is a 25% discount on the standard rate – this is reflected in the prices shown below
Any booking of the Main Hall or Edna Rose room includes use of the Kitchen facilities
For children’s parties, the Wilkinson Lounge can only be hired in conjunction with the Hall and is for adult use only
No minimum hire for weekends
No different rate for parties

For children’s parties, the Wilkinson Lounge can only be hired in conjunction with the Hall and is for adult use only.

The Outside Organisations, Individuals & Private Parties rate also applies to non-local charities and small businesses offering activities for local people (as per our Hiring Policy).

There is a charge of £20 for using the Committee’s bar licence to sell alcohol.

The Committee may be able to supply hirers with tea/coffee and light refreshments, by arrangement.
