Tug ‘O’ War
For the past two years the men’s Tug ‘O’ War team from St Andrew’s have proved hard to beat. However, Beugebaur Nutters did it this year! Women proved they could tug a rope as easily as any man, with the winning ladies team being Heave Ho.

Victoria Sponge Cake
A selection of delicious Victoria Sponges were exhibited on Saturday and the winner of the adult category was Rachel Thorp. Baking skills must run in the family as the 8 – 14 year old winner was her daughter Annabel.

Only 7 weeks till the big event, but hey, we may have difficulty presenting all planned events and attractions! Why I hear you shout? Simple answer, they all need to manned.

YOUR FETE NEEDS YOU
Help! – The Tarvin Summer fete will be held on Saturday the 18th of June this year. We will be building on previous years, making this one bigger and better.
If you would like to get involved, your assistance would be received with open arms!
There is a requirement for stewards, male or female, to help the day go safely and smoothly.
Duties will include directing and helping stallholders set up, ensuring the procession through the village runs smoothly, helping with road closures and directing people to parking spaces.
